Amanda recaps her trip to Faribault Mill, one of two remaining vertically integrated mills in the United States. She talks through their production process before the Faribault fun continues with an interview with designer Signe Swenson. Signe shows off some of Faribault's designs, discusses their different looms, and the challenges and opportunities facing American manufacturing. We finish the episode with a recap of what we’ve been up to in the mill this past week, and a reminder about our Holiday Shopping Hours every Saturday between 11/30 and 12/21 from 10am-1pm.
