Is this a physical or digital gift card?
This is a digital gift card delivered by email—no waiting for the mail! If you’d prefer something you can wrap up and give in person, we also offer physical gift cards that we’ll send through the mail.
How will I receive my digital gift card?
Your gift card will be delivered by email after checkout. The email includes a unique gift card code that can be used when shopping with us.
Can I send the gift card directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Just check the “I want to send this as a gift” box and enter the recipient’s email address at checkout. You can also include a personal message and schedule delivery for a future date.
Can I print the gift card to give in person?
Yes! You can print your digital gift card and tuck it into a greeting card or give it as a gift in person.
Can I use my gift card online or in person?
Yes! Gift cards can be redeemed on our website or in person at the mill. Just enter your gift card code at online checkout or show it to us when shopping in person at the mill, or at our festival booth.
Do I have to spend the entire gift card at once?
Nope! You can use your gift card across multiple purchases until the balance is used up.
Can I exchange my digital gift card for a physical one?
Digital and physical gift cards are separate products. If you’d prefer a physical gift card, please purchase one from our physical gift card page.
