Having lived in Vermont for 15 years, buying anything from JFM just feels right. I am so excited to carry my WIPS in the classic JFM bag which just came back into stock and I immediately ordered. It’s a functional and classic tote plus it’s made in New England!
How excited was I for the release of JFM cheviot yarn? Admittedly, I was probably the first person in line when the clock struck 10:00 and quickly ordered 8 skeins. And then, when it arrived, I fell in love with the soft heathered gray color, the bounce and twist. Sooo… I went on to order the last remaining 3 skeins. 😉 I plan to use this for a cabled sweater with yarn left over. Thank you very much to the local farm that lovingly grew this cheviot wool (hard to find 100%) and to JFM for caring enough to make small batch yarns. JFM - thanks so much for all of your limited edition Farm Fresh creations. I appreciate your offerings of natural, undyed products. You’re a very special and super unique mill that is loyally followed by this avid knitter.

I use the Mill Tote as a project bag, and it comes with me everywhere. Literally! It’s on the armrest of my semi truck as I travel the country transporting ice cream, fruits and veggies, pharmaceuticals, and everything in between.
I love having my milltote! I can't wait to finally visit the mill one of these days!
